Ingredients: Essential Oils of Peppermint, Eucalyptus, Cajeput, Juniper, Wintergreen, and Clove.
Directions: Inhalation: Sprinkle 5-10 drops on a tissue and inhale, or use in a vaporizer compatible with essential oils to stimulate and enhance breathing passages. Or try adding 20 drops to a bowl of hot water, place towel over head and breathe vapors deeply.Massage: Apply oil generously, gently rub tired muscles and joints to stimulate surface circulation and provide comfort.
