Directions: Adults and children 2 years and older: Apply XyliWhite™ toothpaste gel on to a soft bristle toothbrush. Brush thoroughly after meals, at least twice a day or as directed by your dentist.

My daughter has been using this for 4 years! She's very picky about taste and Ioves this one because there's no mint taste. I order 3 or 4 at a time since I've only found it reasonably priced on line.Tastes good and she brushes her teeth willingly.
