Silymarin (Silybum marianum), also known as Milk Thistle, is an herb that is well-documented in early traditional herbal practices. Studies abroad and in the U.S. have indicated that constituents in silymarin may help support healthy liver function. NOW® Milk Thistle Extract delivers 300 mg of milk thistle extract per serving, standardized to 80% Silymarin flavonoids, along with 700 mg of turmeric for synergistic support.
