Black chia from Swanson
greatgood
very goodSUPER FOOD
I use both the Black and the White Organic Chia Seeds every day. Frankly, it makes no difference to me between the two. I just order whichever is the best buy when I need to restock. I add 6 tsp (or 2 or 3 Tblsp) to my 'gruel' mixture of good stuff, which I eat with Organic, Plain (unflavored), Whole Milk Bulgarian Yogurt and fruit, for breakfast or brunch or lunch, whichever turns out to be the most convenient for that day. It is not only very nourishing, but very satisfying. Holds me over / stays with me throughout the day. Personally, I feel that Organic Chia Seeds are / should be a daily dietary necessity for everyone. Deserving of the name 'Super Food.' Read up on the many great values / nutritional qualities of Chia Seeds. One can't help but be impressed with how great they are. Works for me.
