INGREDIENTS: RED CLOVER FLOWERS, BURDOCK ROOT, SHEEP SORREL HERB (RUMEX ACETOSELLA), LICORICE ROOT, SLIPPERY ELM BARK, DANDELION ROOT, BARBERRY ROOT BARK, TURKEY RHUBARB ROOT (RHEUM PALMATUM).
Instructions: Steep one tea bag in 6-8 ounces of boiling water for 4-6 minutes. Stir occasionally while steeping.
