NOW's Nutra Flora FOS is a very good prebiotic food source for probiotics. A person's good gut bacteria, (flora) need probiotics which are well fed and in good health which will in turn help the person to enjoy good health.Tastes good.
It tastes delicious, although it would take quite a bit of it to sweeten your coffee. Combined with a good probiotic, I think it works pretty well,but for me, just straight culturelle or pearls works better.
