NADH (Reduced Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide) is the metabolically active form of Vitamin B-3, also known as Niacin. NADH is essential for the production of cellular energy (ATP) from glucose and fat. Therefore, the more NADH a cell has available, the more energy it has available to operate with efficiency.
