The pineal gland manufactures melatonin in response to darkness, to help the body prepare for the process of sleep. In addition, melatonin is also a potent antioxidant; a characteristic that often gets overlooked in light of other, more popular beneficial effects. Offers 3 mg per serving. Suggested Use: Shake well. Take ¼ teaspoon (about 20 drops) just prior to bedtime. Take directly or add to your favorite beverage.
