NOW® Non-GMO Lecithin Softgels have Phosphatidyl Choline, which comprises a major portion of our brain and nervous system. Lecithin also provides naturally occurring essential fatty acids and Inositol. Lecithin aids in emulsifying fats, enabling them to be dispersed in water.
