NOW Non-GMO Lecithin contains 15% Phosphatidylcholine, which comprises a major portion of our brain and nervous system. Lecithin is also a source of essential fatty acids, choline and inositol. Lecithin helps the body emulsify fats, enabling them to be dispersed in water.
