I have been on these on and off for over a year. I got off them because they are huge and difficult for me to swallow. However there is nothing else I have tried that makes me feel this good. I put them in water and let them dissolve so I can drink them. I will stay on them but would be a lifer if you could put this same formula into capsules or softgels.
