Suggested Use: Adults take 1 lozenge daily, preferably with food. Do not chew or swallow the lozenge whole. Dissolve completely in mouth and then swallow. , For intensive use: Adults take 1 lozenge every 2-4 hours, preferably with food. May take up to 4 lozenges daily. Not formulated for individuals under 18 years of age. Do not use for more than 7 consecutive days.

Warning: Do not use if you are pregnant or nursing. Not recommended for individuals with autoimmune conditions. Individuals with allergies to plants of the Asteraceae (Compositae) family, including ragweed, should use this product with caution. If you are taking any medications, consult a healthcare professional before use.
