Nature's Way EFAGold® delivers the highest quality, organic, non-GMO flax seed oil available. Flax is one of nature's best botanical sources of healthy omega-3 essential fatty acids, making it a suitable supplement for vegetarians. Its makeup consists of 57% omega-3 alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), 17% omega-9 oleic acid (OA) and 15% omega-6 linoleic acid (LA). EFAGold also has a fuller, more robust taste because it includes more naturally occurring nutrients than other brands. This flax oil is cold-pressed, unrefined and hexane-free. No chemical solvents, sugars, starch, artificial colors, flavors or preservatives are used.

Ingredients: Organic Flax Oil (seed), Antioxidant Blend (Organic Sunflower Oil (seed), Organic Rosemary (stem, leaf), Mixed Tocopherols, Ascorbic Acid, Citric Acid).
Recommendation: Take 1 tablespoon (15 ml) 1 to 2 times daily. May also be used in salad dressings, dips and spreads; on bread, rice and pasta or stirred into yogurt, cottage cheese, juice or cold beverages. Refrigerate after opening.
Sealed with an outer shrinkwrap seal and inner freshness seal. Do not use if either seal is broken or missing. Keep out of reach of children.

My husband and I have been taking omega 3-6-9 flaxseed oil for a long time, but this has all the same and it is ⅓ of the price of the one we have bought previously.Makes my face glow like a Buddhist Monk!
WOW is all I can say!This is one of the very few supplements that I can actually FEEL and SEE working very strong inside and outside of my system. My eyes and mouth do not dry up overnight anymore, I feel great and dream VERY vivid and pleasant dreams. My joints do not hurt when I lift heavy weights in the gym anymore and my skin all over my body has a healthy, strong and vibrant glow (the kind you see radiating around a Buddhist monk).I know this all sounds freaky but don't take my word for any of this. I have been using this product for years. I buy the version without lignan because I don't like the graininess of the lignan. It doesn't contain any flavor and the taste takes some getting used to for the first week or so, but the benefits to my health have been great. This brand is consistently lower in price than competing products and the quality has always been good. I have frequently taken it on trips without refrigeration for several days and it has maintained its freshness. I would highly recommend it.
