Nature’s Way DIM-Plus Diindolylmethane (DIM) is a targeted DIM supplement designed to support balanced estrogen metabolism and a beneficial ratio of estrogens in women and men. Each 2-capsule serving delivers 100 mg BR-DIM. DIM helps balance estrogen metabolism and supports premenstrual breast comfort for women and prostate function for men. Because DIM on its own can be difficult for the body to absorb, DIM-Plus is formulated with clinically studied Indolplex BR-DIM Complex to enhance bioavailability and deliver a consistent dose of DIM.

Suggested Use: Women take 2 capsules daily with food., Men take 2 capsules twice daily with food., For Intensive Use (Women & Men): take up to double the recommended dose., Not formulated for children under 18 years of age. Take only as directed. Do not exceed recommended dose.
