SURPRISED
There's NOTHING mini w/the mini-tabs. IMHO they are the size of horse pills. Not as important they are not gold; they are green.Get past the surprise & they seem to be the most well-rounded in the form of foods, which is what I was looking for.I've been taking these for over a year now.I am still looking for a more advanced technique: to get what I'm getting w/these (at least), minus having to take 6 of the horse pill sized tablets = 1 REAL mini- sized pill would b g8. I am on the lookout, but I am still taking these: which says a lot bc there are a lot smaller size multis available & cost less.I feel their heart is in the right place: they took the time to learn what is good & to find a way to include them.The E & D3 seem to lacking the amt really needed, especially for the size of the horse pills. There are a few others I would like to see in the mix, but they may be in some of the food stuff they list. It would be nice if they gave the actual quantities of the food stuffs, instead of just grouping it & no itemized amts. What do each of each food stuff have?Quality 5 / 5
