Too sour tasting
I don’t know about the vitamins and mineral content. The taste is not good, it is too sour and very strong. The chewy tablets are very large and difficult to chew. Wish they roux have been gummiesQuality 3 / 5

Best natural vitamin out there!
I used the tablet version of this vitamin before but wanted the convenience of chewables. These taste great and no bad after taste like some vitamins. They also don't turn your stomach or make you belch vitamin taste for hours. These are powerful, all natural, and derived from foods not chemicals.I chose these after doing some extensive online research.
