I like the tropical tasteNutritious
I used this for my entire pregnancy last year. I'm 42, was high risk due to age and other factors. I admit I don't eat fruits or veggies with a few exceptions. I received so many compliments from people throughout the pregnancy telling me how great my hair and skin looked and how great I looked overall. After delivery, I chose to continue taking daily and I still hear the same compliments. I recommend this product to anyone seeking extra nutrients in their diet.
