I have tried other forms of this vitamin and keep coming back to this one because it seems to be effective and is also easy to swallow. It comes in a tiny tablet form. Will continue to use.totally ineffective in comparison with MK-7.
I tested menatetrenon 2 times in a row, so that I can take one capsule a day for three weeks. When using menatetrenone worsened my problems, sleep I began to take a long time. The states of kept me from work and reduced functioning during. I can conclude that menatetrenone is totally ineffective in comparison with MK-7 and MK-9.
