Each serving of these probiotics for men and women provides 13 billion CFUs of Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG, which work in the small intestine to help relieve occasional gas, bloating, abdominal discomfort, plus 2 billion CFUs of Bifidobacterium lactis HN019, which work in the large intestine to help relieve occasional constipation and irregularity. No refrigeration required with these probiotics for women and men.
