Other Ingredients: Natural Vitality CALM® is a highly adsorbable proprietary formulation of pH-balanced Magnesium Citrate in ionic form (created from Citric Acid and Magnesium Carbonate), Organic Flavor, Organic Stevia (leaf) Extract.
Suggested Use: Individual needs may vary. Start with approximately a half-teaspoon (1 g) daily and gradually increase to 2 teaspoons (4 g). For best results, divide the daily amount into 2 or 3 portions per day, taken with or without food., OR FASTEST PREPARATION: Place powder in a glass or mug; add approx. 2-3 oz of hot water.
