Great for healthy hair & nails
Excellent product!Cannot stop the effects of aging
I've been taking BioSil for several years now. Initially, I took it because my hair was thinning. I don't know if my hair would be thinner if I stopped taking BioSil but I now have really strong nails which used to be weak and brittle. My hair continues to be thinner and thinner as get older. I continue to take it for my nails. There seems to be no difference in my nails if I take only one capsule a day rather than two so because of the expense, I will take only one capsule a day and hope.Great product!
I see a difference already my hair and nails look stronger and healthier. I will definitely buy it again.
