Shirataki noodles are made from the flour of Konnyaku Imo (Konjac) plant made from 97% water and 3% plant fiber. Suggested Use:
Open bag of noodles into colander and rinse thoroughly with cool water for one minute., Cut noodles with kitchen shears (optional) and add to non oiled pan on medium heat until dry., Cook noodles in your favorite sauce or recipe on the stovetop or in microwave. ENJOY! We recommend 2-3 servings per package.
