It delivers a blend of vitamins, A, C, D, E and the B-complex along with zinc and manganese. Pre-Teen Girls also delivers a proprietary blend of flax seed extract, bioflavonoids, rutin, choline, inositol, blessed thistle, PABA, hesperidin, echinacea and parsley leaf.
