    INGREDIENTS: WHOLE GRAIN ROLLED OATS, WHOLE GRAIN OAT FLOUR, CONTAINS LESS THAN 2% OF SALT, CALCIUM CARBONATE, GUAR GUM, CARAMEL COLOR, FERRIC ORTHOPHOSPHATE (IRON), VITAMIN A PALMITATE, NIACINAMIDE (VITAMIN B3), PYRIDOXINE HYDROCHLORIDE (VITAMIN B6), RIBOFLAVIN (VITAMIN B2), THIAMIN MONONITRATE (VITAMIN B1), FOLIC ACID.

    Directions:

    With Hot Milk or Water:

    1. Empty packet into bowl.
    2. Add up to ½ cup hot milk or boiling water, stir.
    3. Let sit 1-2 minutes, stir.

    For thicker oatmeal, use less milk or water.

    Microwave:

    1. Empty packed into microwave-safe bowl. Add up to 2/3 cup water or milk.
    2. Microwave on HIGH 1 minute 15 seconds; stir. (Microwave times may vary.)
    3. Let cool 1-2 minutes before eating.
