Estrogen Balance Elite from Life Extension is a formula that supports hormone balance for women. It contains 500 mg of fenugreek seed extract combined with 80 mg of red clover leaf extract, 60 mg of chaste tree berry extract, and 40 mg of black cohosh rhizome extract per serving.
