Each serving of Life Extension Methyl-Cobalamin delivers 1 mg of this highly absorbable form of vitamin B12. A water soluble member of the B vitamin family, vitamin B12 promotes liver and cardiovascular health and it also plays a role in the metabolism of carbohydrates, proteins and fats.
