Milk thistle extract has long been valued for its role in ensuring healthy liver function and is also a powerful antioxidant. Silymarin is an extract of milk thistle. Advanced Milk Thistle from Life Extension is both grown and processed in Europe. It's triple standardized to the main active compound silymarin, but is also standardized to the three highly active isomers, silybin, isosilybin A and B.
