RECOMMENDED USE: As a dietary supplement, continuous use is required for full sexual function enhancement. For men, take 8 capsules all at once in the morning, or as a split serving, 4 capsules in the morning and 4 in the evening. For womeen, take 4 capsules in the morning and 4 in the evening. For women, take 4 capsules all at once in the morning or split 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. This will provide a total of 2 g of PLC, 2 g of ALC, and 600 mg of lipoic acid daily, or 1 g of PLC, 1 g ALC, and 300 mg of lipoic acid daily.
Store in a cool, dark, dry place. This product should be used within 2 years of purchase or within 1 year after opening. Safety-sealed for your protection. Return for replacement if the outer seal is broken.
