Ubiquinol QH-absorb from Jarrow Formulas® is made with quality Kaneka Ubiquinol. Each softgel delivers 200 mg of this highly absorbable form. Ubiquinol is the reduced form of CoQ10. Produced naturally within the body, ubiquinol is CoQ10 that has been converted into the form that is active within our cells. The natural levels of CoQ10 in the body decrease with age. No major allergens.

Other Ingredients: Medium chain triglycerides (modified coconut oil), softgel (bovine gelatin, glycerin, water, caramel [color], carob extract), sunflower lecithin, beeswax, rosemary extract (antioxidant), mixed tocopherols and ascorbyl palmitate (antioxidant).
