Methylcobalamin (Methyl B-12) promotes eye function against toxicity caused by excess glutamate. It also promotes healthy sleep and provides brain support. Methyl B-12 is a cofactor of methionine synthase, which reduces toxic homocysteine to the essential amino acid methionine. Not a good substitute for sublingual methyl cobalamin
For a chewable vitamin it's great but I was hoping for something that would dissolve under my tongue. There aren't many choices for sublingual methyl cobalamin, so I thought I would try this one.Used it for years.
I have taken Methyl B-12 for years. I don't know if it has made me any smarter, but the pill is easy to chew and the taste is acceptable.Easy and pleasant to take
They are tasty and make it easy to get B12 as a vegan
