Cruciferous vegetables like broccoli have been associated with antioxidant and cellular protection. BroccoMax by Jarrow contains a standardized concentration of SGS (sulforaphane glucosinolate) extracted without solvents from broccoli seeds. Each capsule contains 35 mg of sulforaphane glucosinolate, concentrated up to 20 times greater than in broccoli.
