3 Per Day BoneUp from Jarrow Formulas is a superior calcium formula with microcrystalline hydroxyapatite and natural MK-7 to support bone density. BoneUp provides ossein hydroxyapatite complex (OHC), which includes the superior combination of the inorganic calcium lattice of microcrystalline hydroxyapatite (MCHA) within an organic protein environment. OHC is combined with vitamin D-3 and vitamin K-2 as MK-7 from natural fermentation to support the bone matrix and provides 1,000 mg of calcium per day.
