Jarrow Bone-Up provides calcium from StimuCal™ microcrystalline hydroxyapatite (MCHA) from free range New Zealand calves and micronutrients. It is also formulated with MK-7, an advanced form of vitamin K-2. Regular, weight-bearing exercise and a healthy diet with adequate calcium, including Bone-Up helps build bone mass and maintain bone health.
