This is the best multi-vitamin pill I've taken. It doesn't create any stomoch upset and helps keep your energy levels up. The only drawback is if you don't keep the lid on tight, moisture makes the gels stick to each other sometimes.It is especially good in hot climates when one is constanlty sweating out minerals. There are a lot of vitamins and minerals in these gels and they make all the difference.
