Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement for adults, take one (1) Vcap® once or twice daily between meals, on an empty stomach, or as directed by a physician.
Warning: Consult a physician before use if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition. If you are taking aspirin or any medication used for blood thinning, do not use this product. Discontinue use two weeks prior to surgery of if stomach upset occurs.
