Super Colon Cleanse® from Health Plus® promotes a thorough cleanse with a psyllium and herbal powder blend. It supports the body's internal detoxification and elimination process. Suggested Use: Mix 1 rounded scoop daily (approx. 5 g) with 10-12 oz of water or your favorite beverage and drink immediately. If you feel stomach discomfort reduce dosage by half. This product may be taken in two separate half scoop (approx. 2.5 g) servings twice daily. Taking this product without enough liquid may cause choking. Use Super Colon Cleanse about every 2 months and for no more than 10 days at a time.
