how to use

customize your dose

Start with1 capsule per day on an empty stomach with 8 Fl Oz of water. Slowly increase your dose by adding one additional capsule each day until you have 2-4 bowel movements on a daily basis.

CAUTION: KEEP OUT OF THE REACH OF CHILDREN. Don't use when abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting are present; of if you have had recent intestinal surgery. Rectal bleeding or failure to have a bowel movement may indicate a serious condition, discontinue use and consult your doctor. Consult with your physician if you have chronic constipation or frequent diarrhea.

NOTICE: This product contains aloe, rhubarb, cascara sagrada, and senna. Don't use if you've had, or develop diarrhea, loose stools, or abdominal pain as these herbs may worsen these conditions and be harmful to your health. Long-term use may discolor the colon.
