Gaia uses only the fruiting body parts—the cap, gills and stem—of sustainably sourced organic Turkey Tail mushrooms in order to deliver a higher concentration of the beneficial compounds found there. Turkey Tail mushrooms are a source of free-radical fighting antioxidants and polysaccharopeptides that promote a healthy immune response. Each serving features the equivalent of 2.5 g dried mushroom and 135 mg beta-glucans, a type of soluble fiber that offers support for the cardiovascular and immune systems and helps to maintain healthy blood sugar levels.
