Gaia uses only the fruiting body parts—the cap, gills and stem—of sustainably sourced organic reishi mushrooms in order to deliver a higher concentration of the beneficial compounds found there. Reishi mushrooms have been prized for their potential to support multiple facets of wellbeing, including immune health, a positive mental outlook, cardio and blood sugar health. They are also a source of free-radical fighting antioxidants. Each serving features the equivalent of 2.5 g dried mushroom and 113 mg beta-glucans, a type of soluble fiber that offers support for the cardiovascular and immune systems and helps to maintain healthy blood sugar levels.
