I've been using this product for years. I usually ordered via Vitamin Shoppe. The previous version of the product was more like an oil based liquid. This is all dry powder herbs. It doesn't work immediately as it previously did and not as soothing. I could taste the fennel and peppermint as soon as I swallowed in the previous version.
