Nettle Leaf has a long history of use for supporting upper respiratory health. Gaia Herbs Nettle Leaf is a concentrated extract of nettles grown on Gaia's own certified organic farm. Nettle is a good source of vitamins A, C and E as well as several B vitamins. It is rich in protein, calcium, iron, folate, potassium, magnesium, manganese, phosphorous, selenium and zinc.
