Frontier Co-op Gunpowder Tea Special Pin Head, or Camellia sinensis, is non-irradiated. It is a robust tea you can pair with grilled vegetables, seafood, chicken and pork or in small sake cups. Of course, it's a great drink as well — just pour simmering water over the tea, steep, strain and enjoy.

Green tea brewing basics: Put 1 tsp. of tea in strainer, then place in cup. Add 8 oz. of water slightly cooled from a boil and steep for 3-4 minutes. Feel free to adjust to your preference.
