Emerita paraben-free Pro-Gest Balancing Cream provides 450mg of USP Progesterone from Wild Yam per oz or 20mg per quarter teaspoon. Dispense cream into the palm of your hand, then massage onto chest, abdomen, inner arms or thighs, rotating area each time. Apply once daily and use three weeks out of the month, then one week off. This wild yam cream provides 20mg of USP Progesterone per 1/4 teaspoon and is formulated with a soothing cream base of Aloe Vera, Safflower and Sweet Almond Oils to leave skin soft.

Ingredients: Water, tocopheryl acetate, carthamus tinctorius (safflower) seed oil, aloe barbadensis leaf juice, glyceryl stearate, glycerin, prunus amygdalus dulcis (sweet almond) oil, panthenol, cetearyl alcohol, progesterone, cetyl alcohol, sodium stearoyl lactylate, phenoxyethanol, caprylyl glycol, carbomer, sorbic acid, potassium hydroxide, cholecalciferol.
Directions: Use only as directed. Apply once daily or as recommended by your health care practitioner. Dispense cream into palm of hand and rub onto chest, abdomen, inner arms, or thighs - rotating area each time. Do not use for more than 3 weeks out of the month.
