Country Life's Buffered Vitamin C is formulated with natural alkaline calcium carbonate and magnesium oxide that buffer and neutralize the excess acidity of vitamin C. Each tablet delivers 1,000 mg of vitamin C as ascorbic acid, 10 mg rose hips and 150 mg of lemon bioflavonoids.
