Codeage Methylfolate B Complex+ boasts 1,360 mcg of folate vitamins as 5-MTHF folate per serving, using Quatrefolic®; 5 methylfolate and glucosamine salt. This advanced formula also features Riboflavin (30 mg Riboflavin 5’-Phosphate - vitamin B2), 15 mg of vitamin B6, and 1,000 mcg of vitamin B12 methylcobalamin per serving. These vitamins B2, B6, and B12 offer a comprehensive B vitamin combination. These methylated vitamins harmoniously combine 600 mg of betaine (trimethylglycine TMG) with Vitamins B6 and B12 in their superior phosphorylated forms.

Suggested Use: Adults take 2 capsules daily, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner with 8 ounces of water or your favorite beverage. May be taken with or without food.
