Made with Norwegian fish oil concentrate, Carlson® Super DHA Gems deliver 500 mg of DHA in each soft gel. DHA and EPA are two of the most polyunsaturated fatty acids in our bodies. Omega-3s promote brain, vision, joint and cardiovascular health. DHA is a vital structural component of cell membranes in our brain and eyes and supports healthy cell signaling. Each Carlson Super DHA Gems soft gel delivers 1,000 mg (1 gram) of Norwegian fish oil concentrate.
