Ingredients
Whole Grain Hulled Millet.
Suggested Use:
BASIC COOKING INSTRUCTIONS, Stovetop: Bring 2 cups water to boil in a small pot. Add 1 cup millet and ½ tsp salt. Return to a boil, then reduce heat to a simmer, cover and cook until tender, 20 minutes. Drain off any remaining water., Slow Cooker: Place 1 cup millet, 3 ½ cups water and ½ tsp salt into a slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or high for 1 ½ - 2 ½ hours., Multi-Cooker: Place 1 cup millet, 1 ¾ cups water and ½ tsp salt in the pot of a multi-cooker. Set the valve to sealing. On manual setting and high pressure, set for 10 minutes. Natural release the pressure for 10 minutes, then serve., Makes 4 servings.
