Bob's Red Mill Scottish Oatmeal is made with 100% stone ground whole grain. The original oatmeal was first made in Scotland centuries ago and was different from the rolled oats version we're used to seeing. MAKE THE WORLD'S BEST OATMEAL® AT HOME: Bring water and salt to a boil. Add Scottish Oatmeal, reduce heat to medium-low and cook, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand for 2 minutes.

MICROWAVE INSTRUCTIONS: In a large bowl, combine ¼ cup Bob's Red Mill Scottish Oatmeal, 3/4 cup water and a pinch of salt. Cover and microwave on high for 3 minutes. Let stand for 2 minutes. Stir well before eating. Makes 1 serving.

SCOTTISH OATMEAL IN THE SLOW COOKER: Combine 3 cups water, 1 cup oats and ¼ tsp salt in a 4-6 quart slow cooker. Cover with a lid and cook on low for 2 hours. Makes 4 servings.

Manufactured in a facility that also uses tree nuts, soy, wheat and milk.

Store in a cool, dry place. Keeps best refrigerated or frozen after opening.
