Flaxseeds can be ground into meal. Simply put a few tablespoons of flaxseeds into a small electric grinder. Grind for about 30 seconds, or until the seeds become a fine meal. Add to smoothies, breads, crackers, cookies, hot cereal, yogurt, salads and pilafs for a powerful nutritional boost.

Store in a cool, dry place. Keeps best refrigerated or frozen after opening.

Fantastic

When it came to buying whole flaxseeds I was definitely shocked and had a cheap mind thought going on. After purchasing them I noticed I didn't have anything to strain the flour from the seeds. So I gave up on that thought and now I use them in dog treats and desserts of my choice. They make great source of fiber for my kids snack packs. I will continue buying them.
