Bob's Red Mill High Fiber Wheat Bran is an excellent source of natural food fiber. Use it in hot or cold cereals, breads, cookies, meat loaf, casseroles and whatever else you can think of. Wheat bran is the outer layer of the wheat berry and is used to add extra fiber to baked goods. When added to bread, it nearly becomes a meal in itself.
